GPS: No accuracy value?

I've been working with the Location API and I'm noticing I am not getting any accuracy information.  Location.getQualifiedCoordinates().getHorizontalAccuracy() always returns zero and the $GPGGA sentence has no value for "Horizontal Dilution of Precision".

I'm using a Bluetooth puck (Freedom 2000) with an 8320 running OS 4.5 for physical testing.

Does anyone have any ideas for me?

Thanks!

Bruce
