Just i want to ask if there is any plug in for drag and drop UI elements in either JDE or Eclipse.
coz writing down code for every UI element is like a nightmare..

As I understand it, future enhancements to the development environment will primarily focus on Eclipse, with a Visual Studio plugin taking second priority. I believe there will be no more upgrades to the JDE. You can kind of see the sense in this - why spend precious developer hours maintaining and enhancing the JDE when Eclipse and Visual Studio already provide much of the functionality at no additional cost.

If you search around the forums you'll find that the project must be "active" for it to be copied to the Simulator. The GUI builder for Eclipse is scheduled for mid-2010 release.
