It looks like it's been down for over 8 hours. Not good at all.

Can someone get back to us with an estimate of how long this signing process will be down - we can nothing today at all :-(

May be they do not know at all. But quite agree: the fact that we do not know what's going on, is just totally unacceptable.

RIM does know about it, and they're working on it.
Unfortunately, they cannot give an estimate as to when the servers will be usable again.
Seems like this happens in a big way every six months or so.
