I have an application that registers as a GlobalEventListener and listens for all global messages. I have noticed that the events no longer come in on my 9630 running OS version 126.96.36.1991. I have tested other devices with the exact same code and the events come in. It used to work before I upgraded. It works in the 5.0 emulators.
Is this a known issue that RIM is working on?

Any updates on this one? I have definitely tried the same application hooked up to the debugger in the JDE and seen the events coming out on other devices with a lower OS, but they do not come out anymore on mine. They definitely used to.

After some further testing of my application, it does not appear that all global events have stopped. However, the application was using global events related to Bluetooth connects, disconnects, etc. and those have stopped coming in.
Has something in 5.0 changed to not generate the Bluetooth global events? These definitely come in on different OS's.

I also tried this on a Storm running OS 188.8.131.528 and the Global events do not come out for Bluetooth Connects/disconnects. This seems like a bug in the OS since it definitely used to work.
RIM, any information on this one?
