When you sign the application, you'll have 3 folders inside of your \deliverables\ folder: Web, Standard, and 5.0.0...
Just upload all of the contents of Web to your website, and point users to the JAD file.

I have three files at my disposal i.e. .cod, .jar , .jad . How to utilize them so that my application can be downloaded from remote server using Blackberry browser.

If your .cod file is >64kb it must be unziped using a decompression program. You will end up with multiple files such as
You then upload these to your website, if your using apache you need to add something like this to your .htaccess file in your download directory
AddType text/vnd.sun.j2me.app-descriptor .jad AddType application/vnd.rim.cod .cod DirectoryIndex file.jad
Edit: This assumes your files are named file.cod, file.jad
If file.cod <64kb you can just upload it directly.

I recommend testing your App on a BB device before upload your files to the server.
Check for the JavaLoader command, is very useful,Ex;
JavaLoader -uusb -wMyBBPwd load MyApp.cod
The only required files for the web server are the .cod and .jad, but be careful of the size of the COD file (read the above posts).
