Where is the file located? Is it in COD file or FileSystem or on the Web URL?

It is suggested to create a new thread.

Re: How to open a .html file

Hi,

here is my code:

String moduleName = ApplicationDescriptor.currentApplicationDescriptor().getModuleName();
String url = "cod:///" + moduleName + "/faq.html";
Controller  browserViewController = new Controller(url, "FAQs");

my controler class just call the method fetch().

    public void fetch()
    {
        PrimaryResourceFetchThread thread = new PrimaryResourceFetchThread(url, null, null,
                null, this);
        thread.start();

    }

Ten add it in a manager.

     this.add(Controller, 0)

Re: How to open a .html file

If you are trying to use browserfield, to open the local html files in your application you need to wrap it in httpconnection. You give a search in this forum, there are discussions on the same.

Re: Change color of ActiveRichTextField

Can you please start a new thread for new question. As this is already accepted as solution and you question is deviating from the original post so.

Anyway just check this KB article for your question.
