How to find that application developed is either a hybrid application or native one ?

I have a website link from which i download a Blackberry application

Its been developed for other devices too (Andriod and iPhone as well )

How can i come to know whether the application has been developed in hybrid or native one in blackberry???

The .cod files are almost impossible to decompile ... and during deployment on device , the hybrid application does make it sure that .cod files are installed on the BB device . Is there any way one can make out whether the application is a hybrid one or native application ?

no.
chances are that is a html5 app which (more or less) runs on all these platforms. there may be telltale signs to see that this is the case, but as i don't use this technology i won't be able to tell you any.
