I've added a property file & a binary file to
the subdirectory "res" of my project.
In eclipse, I can choose ALT+ENTER and add icon files to the generated artifacts.
Do I have to run rapc manually to add my custom files ?
P.S. What is difference between icon and focus icon files ?

Sorry not familar with the Eclipse terminology, so not sure I understand what you are asking, but does this help?
How To - Add plain text or binary files to an application

Yes I know how to read in the custom files but when we package the app, the custom files need to be added to the generated JAR or COD files, no?
After a bit of fiddling around, I added the project/res directory into my build path. And it is working.
