Unfortunately, my laptop's hard disk is broken, and all data is missing now. Finally, I have to buy a new one. From now on, I can't use the signature keys to make my application run on devices.
I send it to the blackberry supports(firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com), none of them can works. they reply to me:
The Service Request that you are emailing about, is closed, please follow the instructions in this email to create a new incident
Could anyone help me contact the support to revoke my account and renew one for me ? Or is there another solution on it ?
