How to solve error Not Registered when signing applications

Hi.

I have successfully created and used the signing keys for 2 years.

Unfortunately my machine crashed. In my new installation I put back the files sigtool.csk and sigtool.db from my backup as explained in guide http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/Testing-and-Deployment/Backup-and-Restore-BlackBerry-Code-Sig...

Now when I try  to sign my applications not everything is signed. In the signing tool window I see status "Not registered" (see image bellow).

What is happening? And more important, how can I fix it?

Thank you.

maybe when you backup the signature only RBB that was registered to the signature file. you havent register the RRT and RCR

Thank you for replying.

No, that's not the case because I made the backup almost a year later. And at the time I've signed many times my app.

Regards.

Re: How to solve error Not Registered when signing applications

The files you restored only have RBB registered, not RCR or RRT.  I can't tell you why that is, but the fix is just to order a new set of keys and register RCR and RRT.
