i am devloping an application which find out your current location using latitude and longnitude, but when i am running this apps i need to install google map on my simulator than the apps works fine. i want to know that..when this application run or any blackberry device than google map should be install on our Blackberry device or my apps will work without installing google map....
If there is any other method to use google map api which i can import in my apps...
Please let me know..if some one know about this...

if u like to get images from google map of current location u can get it through google map URL
this url will give you image of location from google map

I presume you question follows on from the answer from dcharya in which he said:
"you need to install google maps application in your device to access google maps with your app. Alternative is available"
In this case I think the alternative he means is BlackBerry maps, which I would recommend you use because you can integrate with it better - for example it is possible to put up a Blackberry map screen, have the user select a location, and then you can get that location in your application. This integration is not possible, as far as I know, with Google maps.
