Do you have the required ALX file for installing the COD file using the Desktop Software?

Re: Install .cod file onto device using Blackberry Desktop Software

I think your device doesn't support to upgrade the version to 7.0 or later.

If you want make it run in your device try to compile with jre5.0 or earlier.

You can do this in project properties/run or debug configurations.

Thanks.

Re: Install .cod file onto device using Blackberry Desktop Software

Hi Pradeep,

I dont see any properties option under Project.Neither is there any run/debug configurations in my JDE. There is something such as BUILD-->CONFIGURATION--->(Currently select value is RELEASE). Theres a EDIT on top of it.When i click on EDIT it gives me EDIT CONFIGURATIONS window.
But how to select running for JRE 5.0 as you suggested?

Are you using Eclipse plug-in or RIM JDE?
