I have created a BB app, which works fine on the simulator. now i am trying to install it on my friend's BB phone. I have put all the deliverables(cod, jar, alx,...) in a single folder. Now when i try to install the app through desktop manager, i get an error. Am i doing something wrong? Do the simulator and the actual phone be of the same model?... I don't want to go the javaloader way... i think its cumbersome... So what should i be doing to install it successfully through DM.
Thanks in advance.

Finally solved the problem. Copied all the deliverables (jar, cod, alx, etc) in single folder. Connect the phone with the comp using USB. Copy the files in the memory card. Run the jad file and it works like a charm.
