Invalid COD 907

I'm building with 4.5...

Followed these steps:

1. Erase the JAD file
2. Do a "clean" build
3. Sign the app (if it needs to be signed)
4. Copy the .COD file to the ZIP extension
5. Unzip this file to get the individual COD files
6. Deploy the individual COD files and the JAD file to your server.

However, I still get a 907 error.  I also noticed that the JAD had wrong filesizes, so I fixed those.  That also didn't work.

Anything else I can do?

Here's my JAD:

Re: Invalid COD 907

Note that this happens even if I grab the COD files that are working on my production server, which would lead me to believe that the MIME types weren't set up correctly.  However, they are...

Also could be useful - I'm using a 9700 hotspot browser on 5.0.
