Invoke a non-default browser session problems with 4.5 code

Hello, I am using this simple code to create an icon on the desktop and point to an internal URL by invoking the BES browser.

http://www.blackberry.com/knowledgecenterpublic/livelink.exe/fetch/2000/348583/796557/800332/800440/...

This worked great until 4.5 code. Now with Blackberry Unite installed on a 4.5 device the browser defaults the Unite browser.

Any ideas?
