I am consistently getting the following errors. I have tried all browsers(IE, FF. Chrome etc).
This is the error I get.
Could not Connect to Server
The Livelink Server may be down or misconfigured.
Please try again. If the problem persists, contact your Livelink administrator.
Could not connect to server localhost[127.0.0.1]:2199.

Not just you. However even after I have put my developer zone user and password in, I'm getting a message that says the userid and password were invalid.
