JDE License Key not arriving

Does anyone know how to get RIM to send me a license key urgently?

 

I have written an app which needs to go live next week for an exhibition (i.e it's not a date that can be moved). It uses a few restricted API's and I applied for a license over a week ago and have heard nothing.

 

My client has been calling them everyday, but it's coming to a head now and I'm not going to get paid for an enormous amount of work because RIM can't produce a key in less than ten days.

 

I emailed devsupport@rim.com and got an automated reply with a link that implied I need to register to get support, but this link goes to a 404  page not found

Any help with what I can do to get some sort of response will be greatly appreciated.
