Also I got only client-RCR-xxxxxxxxxx.csi file from BB support after applying for signing key, what to do for other 2 files?

Have you installed the RBB key yet? Installing the keys create the other (sigtool.db, sigtool.csk) files.
Check your spam folder for the other signature key email messages. Each key has its own message. If you are unable to locate them please contact email@example.com to request replacement keys be sent to you.

Thanks for the reply, as with the help of document I have now installed all 3 keys successfully.
After installation, I am trying to sign my code, but its failing and status showing 'Failed See detail'. Detail pane not showing any detail about failure.
When I click on Property button, it shows RBB,RRT & RCR under Registered Signer heading.
Can you please suggest why this happening? What can I do to sign my code.

So I tried manually registering them from the link that was provided but command prompt says that 'javaw' is not recognised as an internal or external command, operable program or batch fle...
