JVM Error 104 Uncaught: ClassCastException

Hi all,

 

    When i execute an application on simulator, In between Startup simulator displays an error like below......

 

    JVM Error 104

   Uncaught : ClassCastException

 

Why it is so?

A bit more explanation of the abaove mentioned problem, i found on debugging. Some lines of  stack trace i am posting below.... Please let me know what caused this error to occur...

Does this happen if you clean the Simulator and run it with none of your applications included?

Hi Peter,

 

      Sorry for replying late. I have just seen your post and tried to execute my application after cleaning the simulator. It worked fine for now.  Actually on seeing the stack trace (specially this line  ReliableTransmissionHelper.<init>(ReliableTransmissionListener, String, TransmissionService) line: 105 ), I could not think that cleaning the simulator could be the solution.....  Smiley Wink
