for some reason i just began getting this error everytime i try to run my app.
JAR file creation failed with error -1
The preverified classes if any are in tmp11479. See jar log of errors in C:\Users\Sam\AppData\Local\Temp\rapc_75b6c29c.dir\
Error!: Error: preverifier failed: C:\Eclipse\blackberry\plugins\net.rim.ejde.compone
and whats confusing me about this is that i don't always get the error, the error only comes out every other time i try to run my app, so if I run and the above error gets throws, and i click run again the error goes away, and then comes back when i run again. and if i try to run it on an actual device it wont work
Has anyone else seen this before? any help would be appreciated.

What is in the log file?
The fact that it works the second time suggests to me the issue is in the order in which things are being built, have you tried reordering your build?
The other thing I would try is create a new project directory and import this project into this workspace and see if the issue goes away. You can try also eclipse -clean in case it is a cache issue.
Eclipse can be fussy sometimes, I want my JBuilder back!
