Key registration failure.. what to do?

I received a "Error on registration request", while trying to register my Keys on a newly set up Windows Vista.

Twice i had an IO-Error due lack of privileges on vista, after fixing that, i received the above mentioned error on the third time.

Is that the end of the lifetime for these purchased keys or can a customer re-use the keys again after a fresh install or registry clean or whatever?

A replacement set of keys can be emailed to you.  Please contact devsupport@rim.com and they can help you with this.
