ListFieldRow Too long text Ellipsis

currently I am using Ellipsis to cut a long text with 3 dots ...

In some BB Apps I can see, that they implemented a kind of "carousel" (look at the Music App) which shows the long text char for char.

Is there an easy way to implement that?

Thank you!

Re: ListFieldRow Too long text Ellipsis

Well, the only way I see is to make all the crazy stuff in ListFieldCallback's

drawListRow(ListField list, Graphics g, int index, int y, int w)

This is the point where you handle how each row will be rendered.

So you can find when the row is selected and start applying different text effects, e.x in a separate thread if you're going to have some animations.
