MDS Not working

i need help
i try to open the  MDS from from bat file that installed in this path
C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Email and MDS Services Simulators 4.1.2\MDS

but unfortunately i get  the black screen and  disappear in  second 
and when i  open the browser  of the simulator  i can't access the internet



note   when i put the check  mark to open the MDS  when i run the simulator form eclipse it work fine with me

but i need to  open it  from outside
