Has anyone else run into this problem? and if you have, is there a way to prevent it from happening?
I have one Workspace in Eclipse with several BlackBerry projects.
Then I have another Workspace, also with several BlackBerry projects.
Some to the projects are the same in both Workspaces.
I edit files in a project in the first workspace, and then exit Eclipse.
I restart Eclipse and select the second Workspace.
Initially the files I edited in the first workspace are present, but at some point those files get truncated, deleting my work.
I'm not sure but it seems that the files are getting truncated when I build the workspace, which is why I'm thinking the bug is in the BlackBerry plugin.
Does anyone have more information on this bug?

I have never encountered that but I don't have any projects that are shared across workspaces. This doesn't seem to be a BlackBerry plugin issue and more an Eclipse issue.
Have you tried it with a non-BlackBerry project? If it happens there then it is an Eclipse problem and you should post that on Eclipse's forums. If it doesn't happen then I guess it is the BlackBerry plugin and you should post it in Issue Tracker.
