Multi-COD OTA install

Hi guys,

I have several apps doing fine with ORA install.

I have however one large app that is causing problems.

The JAD file lists 84 COD files (xxx-84.COD is the last one)...however if I change the large xxx.cod that JDE created to xxx.zip, and unzip it, there are only 74 files inside it (xxx-74.cod is the last one)...how is that???

Delete all files in your project folder except of workspace (ws) and project (jdp) files.

Recompile your application.

The big cod file must contain all cod files listed in the related jad file. Otherwise OTA will fail.

Re: Multi-COD OTA install

Hi dude...

I have a RIM signed application for BlackBerry. When I install it with an USB wire, everything is ok. But when I tried to release OTA, I get the following message (something like this, it really is in spanish): "This applictaion does not contain signatures, it could have a not trusted source. Do you wish to countinue".

I have used the RIM signed tool to sign the .cod that I'm deploying with the .jad file, so I don't know why this message appears. Could you  please help me.

Tks in advance.
