NFC to switch on/off BT as example

Hello all

I am trying to activate or deactivate BT via NFC-Tags. I know such functions from Android, and by having this small NFC app on the Z10, I thought it would be possible to do the same here. But I fail.

Anyone having a tutorial how to write information on a tag? Each time when I try to do that the BB says only "Tag empty or not readable" (somthing similar at least in german).

Thanks for any help, ideas...or even "forget NFC on your Z10"

Peter

Is the Blackberry Z10 capable to handle NFC tags at all?

You would call this to disable Bluetooth;

There are a significant number of articles and tutorials with sample code written describing how to read and write tags for BlackBerry 10;

Perhaps better to ask this sort of question in the BB10 forums, I suggest this one:

Re: NFC to switch on/off BT as example

i was under the impression the nfs tag app could handle such things...there is a really nice app called MyProfilesPro...

however, the other part of the story was the z10 is not able to handle all the tag types out there, and this is why i failed to get it workong with 1k tags.
