Thanks for your reply. Sadly my service provider said I should take it up with Blackberry and I just don't have it in me to persue this issue any further.
to "take it up with BlackBerry" they will need to issue you an escalation. Scroll up, I mentioned that above.
They will do this and you might just have to demand it. You're paying for that support.
