               when pin message came via network then some data of the codefile  changes.

               i donot why it so....

Perhaps this is because the data is not text?  It would be reasonable for the PIN message processing to expect the contents to be text. 

 

Can you give us an example of what changes?  What byte value was sent and what byte value was actually received?

 

You could try Base64 encoding it.
