Problem signing Blackberry 7 app

Hello. I'm trying to build and test the video recording demo found here:

on a Blackberry 7 device. I can compile it okay. But I'm having trouble

signing it. I requested and received the following signing keys:

When I tried to use the signature tool with the Blackberry Java SDK

I got the message/table:

Required Code Signatures: 0/0 Optional Code Signatures: 2/2

File                 | Status             | Category       | Sign.. | Signer Name:

Spycam.cod | Signed            | Optional        | RBB | RIM Blackberry Apps API

Spycam.cod | Signed            | Optional        | RCR | RIM Crypto API - RIM

Spycam.cod | Not Required | Not required | 3       | Not registered with optional signer.

Spycam.cod | Not Required | Not required | RCI  | Not registered with optional signer.

Signature is present and appeneded to the code file.

Path: C:\.....\Spycam.cod

Well I downloaded the app to my phone and...it didn't work. I get the message:

Error starting Spycam: Module "Spycam" attempts to access as secure API.

Should I have a client-RCI-2071077 signature file? If so how do I get it?  Why doesn't

RRT show up as sign category?  What am I missing?

Re: Problem signing Blackberry 7 app

You don't need RCI or 3.  RRT only shows up if it's required.

The signing looks valid.  How did you install the application?  Are you sure you loaded the COD files that were actually signed?
