I bought *.csi files and installed them a month ago, but a week later, they failed. I reported the issue to devsupport but I haven't received any non-automatic response. So, I've decided to buy other csi files. Now, I've got them, but I'm not sure how to remove the old keys and install the new ones. I would like to be sure of install my keys properly. Have someone removed old keys and installed new ones in the same PC?

To remove your old code signing keys delete the following files:
They'll be found within the installation directories of the BlackBerry development tools. Let me know which tools and the version of each that you have installed and I can provide exact locations.

When i double click them, nothing is happening.
when i go through command prompt using below command
javaw.exe -jar "%ProgramFiles%\Research In Motion\BlackBerry JDE 4.5.0\bin\SignatureTool.jar" client-RBB-3358597590.csi
i am getting error saying that "The files client-RBB-3358597590.csi not found. Please try again."
