Request for RCC signing keys


I've already been through this forum in order to have information on how to request those certicom specific keys.
The information I have gathered is to send an email at devsupport@rim.com/devsupport@blackberry.com with the following information:

Originally Registered Name
Originally Registered Company name
Originally Registered Email
Originally Registered PIN


I have sent this email 15 days ago, and still no response from the dev support (including any auto generated email with request id).

Is there any phone number I could try to have more information?
