are you using JDE or eclipse? if you are using JDE, just right click your project then at the bottom of the menu, click on "Generate alx".
you can also load it using javaloader.
go to the Command prompt and execute
javaloader -usb load <filename.cod>

I'm using eclipse..
What i've tried doing is transfer the .jar file in the handset using the Media Manager. Now when I try to open the file, it says "Download Failed" with the details as "907 Invalid JAR, Descriptor missing required attribute MIDlet -1"
