SMS

To prevent this message from appearing in the BlackBerry device user’s inbox, the sending server should configure the SMS message so that the message type is a systemmessage. This message type can be defined by setting the Protocol Identifier (TP-PID) to 64 (0x40), and the Digital Coding Scheme (TP-DCS) to 244 (0xF4), as shown below:

 

My Question is : How to do that ?

the key word is "server". you don't do it on the BB, so it is not a BB java question.

thanks for your respond Simon ,I'm making an application which can be accessed remotely via SMS. After I was looking at this forum I found the above article. My question is how to make an sms sms from someone that does not appear in the inbox and start a application
