Screen simulator for User Interface design

does anybody know any tool sort of BlackBerry screen simulator?
I mean, for now just to see how your screen looks like
you have to run device simulator and wait for eternity
until it loads all those apps you don't care about.
I do not need the ability to switch between screens and so on.
Just to see how one screen will look like on the BlackBerry device.

No this is too much to ask. Just instant preview would be OK. (For now Smiley Happy)

Re: Screen simulator for User Interface design

Yes this would be great, I feel like half of my time is spent tweaking UI things that may be small but take forever because the entire simulator has to boot. Instant preview or even something like the mds design view that I could put my custom components on

Re: Screen simulator for User Interface design

Yeah, nothing out there yet.  One of the more-remarkable differences between BlackBerry dev and iPhone dev is Apple's Interface Builder.  I spend so much time tweaking UIs on BlackBerry because of the code/build/simulate cycle, whereas a similar UI can be whipped up in IB in literally just a few minutes.  It's kind of unfortunate.
