Selecting PopUp - Help

Hello,

I'm developing in Eclipse a java based blackberry app for os version 7.1

I've been reading this forum and it has been very usefull so thank all of you for that! But i've failed to found help whit the following problem:

I'm trying to code somethin similar to the "smily selecction popup" from whatsapp.

For now, what I have is a grid with 13 buttons in it and each button has it's own click method. What I'm having problem with is in finding a much more generic option than to have to code each button on it's own.

Basically, what the click method do is return the label of the button concatenated with the label of the selected radiobutton.

I hope I've made my self clear.

Thanks in advance.

FOr that you may need to use a different manger that can be Table layour manager , it provides you Grid view.

See the detailed Explanation here,

Re: Selecting PopUp - Help

Hi, thanks for the link. I've already done something like that.

What I'am struggling with is with the click event. I want to make only one event for all the clickable label fields in that particular grid, is there a way to do that?

What I'm aming for is, the click event returning the text of that label field.

Thanks in advance
