Setting whether compatibility mode is allowed inside JDE

I am using JDE v7.0.  I want to prevent my application from starting in compatibility mode.

I am aware that I can put "RIM-TouchCompatibilityMode: false" in my .jad file, but am worried that this parameter will be removed when the .jad is written to by JDE when I compile.  At the same time, I have found no way to specify within JDE if compatibility mode is allowed for the application.

Is there a way to set whether compatibility mode is allowed inside JDE? If not, how much should I be worried about JDE removing the "RIM-TouchCompatibilityMode" parameter from the .jad file?

Re: Setting whether compatibility mode is allowed inside JDE

Applications built in the version 7.0 BlackBerry JDE / BlackBerry Java SDK do not run in compatibility mode.  This applied to applications built in pre 4.7.0 releases (which did not have access to the touch APIs).
