Sign key Ordered Problem

Hi guys,

My name is BAGIR

my email : bagir.ui@gmail.com

 

I have problem :

I have ordered Sign key since September 21, 2010, but till now I have not received any one of the file.

I have sent an email to devsupport@rim.com on september 27, 2010. And i have received this reply email :

Hello BAGIR,

Thank you for contacting BlackBerry Application Development Support.

Please note that the turnaround time for signature key orders is 2 to 10 business days. There is no automatic confirmation email sent after submitting your order, though there is one shortly prior to the keys being issued. I have checked our systems and can verify that your order has indeed been received and is in queue to be processed within the normal turnaround time.

Now it is more than 10 day business days. And i am in deadline. I still never received any email about the key (.csi),Can someone help me please?

I'd suggest you email back that address for resolution.

Yesterday, october 4, 2010. I have sent email back to that address but till now no answer.

Should I send back more email ?

I had also same problem then i called them. they said to me that they have already sent me all 3 keys

in 3 mails.

might be my companies spam filter filter that mails.

So they zip all 3 keys and send to me in one mail on same day.

 

So i think you should also directly talk to them.
