Signature tool doesn't sign in

I am running BB JDK on MAC.

I am trying to run the signature tool ..

It never completes the signature. Message is "Code file does not contain a signature from this SignerID . Please request a signature."

I checked the proxy and that is fine (Internal Eclipse browser accesses internet.)

Does anyone know the reason?

The softwares that I have are :

Eclipse SDK version - 3.7.0

Blackberry Java plugin - 1.5.2

Blackberry Java SDK version - 7.1.0

On the mac machine - JDK -

MAC OS - 10.7.3

Re: Signature tool doesn't sign in

welcome to the support forum.

i assume you have a signing key and put it into place for the tool.
you can check the status of the signing server here:

if you use a proxy this might be an issue, if possible, check if it works without to identify the problem.
