Thank you for interest again.
I tried this after you said. But size is still large. Firstly I divided 10 parts 13.9 MB total and then I divided 2000 parts 13.6 MB total.
I can't think other way.

My database have ~100k rows and I tried to divide my sql(have insert into...) file 2000,3000,5000 parts.
Everytime sql file was very large ~13 MB . Eclipse showed this error
Error!: too much resource data, max allowed: 7802880, found: 14240915.
And then I tried to compress sql(convert to .zip) file but I couldn't debug it again.
What should I do?
Thank you for your time.

One more way u can achieve this...
Do not write all ur sqls into the text file, just create the text file with data u wanted to insert .
And then generate ur sqls inside java program .
This will reduce your file size.
