Still not get Signature key code( Bought since 4 Jan 2011)

Are there any ways to contact Blackberry Support except Phone ?? I really need itto finish my project.

Hi gillaraz,

 

sorry can't help about the signature key registration, i'm not work for RIM.

 

but, if you're in a very tight schedule,

I think you can ask someone that you know have the keys,

to help you sign the cod files.

(no source code transferred, only the app/cod files you send to him/her).

 

I dunno, is this a good idea or not?,

maybe some people here will complain about my idea.. Smiley Sad

Search the forums for the different support emails. One should be devsupport@rim.com. PM some of the dev advisors on the forum too if you don't get a good email response.

 

If you don't get your keys after 48h, or even 24h of purchasing them you should start badgering them about it. There's no reason key purchases should take this long. It took me a week to get mine and it was purely ridiculous. If I ever have to buy new keys someone is going to get an earful. Most people forget this because key purchases is usually a one time headache... but if you put everything together the entire signing process from start to end is totally over complicated.

Thanks mreed, I have sent email to devsupport@rim.com. Await their respond, I don't understand why it take very long.

2 Days passed of sending e-mail, got only auto-respond mail.No one reply my e-mail.

 

What happen with RIMSupport ???????

Really disappoint with RIM, 5 Days passed with nothing!

 

Even I sent second e-mail, I got only auto respond mail with INC number but they still not respond to solve my issue.

 

So, I can just only wait ????? Smiley Sad

Reordered twice Got fail But my debit card was charged!

 

So, What can I do next ??? I really disappoint with this issue.
