Strip html tags

I'm currently working on an app that has to post streams of news articles from a website.

Only problem is the news content contains some html tags.

was trying to use  regular expressions to locate and replace those tags with the empty string but can't find a way.

Already looked at the net.rim.device.api.util package...only has methods to match and they all return boolean values..

Isn't there a way to use regex to find and replace these tags..
Please would really appreciate your suggestions..

Thanks

Re: Strip html tags

I don't know about how to find the tags with regex but with regards to regex on BlackBerry:
