UI simulation APIs

I am Hoshang, I am new to Blackberry Mobile App. Development. I am looking for APIs which can simulate the user events (like click on button, enter text in textfield, selecting items from ComboBox etc.).

I have briefly gone through the 6.0 API Reference manual and found EventInjector Class for KeyEvents, Touch events etc.

Can someone confirm that is it possible to write code that could interact with mobile simulator and my written code could perform these UI operations on the UI components?

Re: UI simulation APIs

One thing to remember if you do this is that by default, this permission is denied on a normal phone. If you're planning on using this for your actual app be sure to take a look at ApplicationPermissions and ApplicationPermissionsManager.
