Better you Set up your Own Server. You can use Apache Tomcat Server for deployment of JAD, COD files. Check this out : http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/Testing-and
Also, you can deploy over BB App World..!!

If you don't want to spend the money, and just want to setup a server for your friends to download your stuff OTA and you are on Windows, you can install Windows IIS (likely IIS7 if you are using windows 7).
You will need to set the MIME types in IIS7 to serve JAD and COD files.
Then open a port ony our Router's Firewall to your home PC, and poitn your BlackBerry towards that! Bing bam boom - OTA.
