Can any one suggest how to access the XML file content in to the application?

How to add and Delete the element in the XML file throught Eclipse coding .!

Can any one suggest the suitable alternatives in the value retriving and updating operation performed in the Java Eclipse?

Where is your XML content going to be stored?  Bundled within your cod file, on a server, on the micro SD card of the BlackBerry or somewhere else?  The xmldemo included with the BlackBerry JDE is an example on how to parse XML data.
