Video Pause Screen problem in OS 7

I am trying to play a video with following code. It is working fine in both OS 6 and 7.

try{
   player = Manager.createPlayer("file://" + VideoLocation + VideoName);

   player.realize();

   videoControl = (VideoControl) player.getControl("VideoControl");

   final Field videoField = (Field) videoControl.initDisplayMode(VideoControl.USE_GUI_PRIMITIVE, "net.rim.device.api.ui.Field");

   player.start();

} catch (MediaException me) {

} catch (IOException ioe) {

}

But when I want to stop the video with follwing code, it is paused with the current video screen in OS 6, but for OS 7 it is showing just black screen, whereas I want to show the paused screen must be visible at that time.

try{
     player.stop();
} catch (Throwable e){

  }

What is problem in my code?
