Can any body tell me any good blackberry application  debelopement company actually i ahve one year experence want to chance my company please guid sir..

In an international company it may be helpful to be able to write proper English sentences.
There sure are many companies looking for mobile developers online, but usually they do it on specialized pages, not on the support forum.

I can tell you that there is a shortage of good BlackBerry Java developers in the UK, but then it is not really an area that a lot of people want to move in to right now.....

Maybe I am biased but if you are a skilled developer I would suggest that you can make more money freelancing than "working for the man".    If you're in Gurgoan go for a wander around DLF Phase III, there a number of IT companies there that do software development work, including mobile development.
