Can u littel brief on that as Iam not getting/ seeing the How to create a sample "Helloworld" application
in Getting started
or else give me a correct link for creating class for screen and creating main

I suggest you start by just looking at a sample.
With the IDE started, and with the BlackBerry Application Perspective enabled, you should see a BlackBerry menu item. Choose that, then choose import and you should be able to choose BlackBerry Samples, and from there, choose one of the sample projects.
If you don't see the BlackBerry menu item, try
File -> Import
click on the BlackBerry option to open the 'tree'
you should see Blackberry Samples.

Give me a link on "How t create a Blackberrry java project" with class and main in brieff

This is available from the menus as you would expect.
If you are using the BlackBerry Perspective, then
If not, then I suspect this will work
File-->New-->Other expand BlackBerry, then choose BlackBerry Project.
I encourage you to review the samples. Can you see the samples when you try the procedures I gave you?
