Where is the Uncaught Exception stacktrace?

I have an uncaught exception (arry index out of bounds) somewhere in my code. How do I get the stack trace so I can get an idea where the problem lies? It does not show up in the console window as I thought it would......at least there is where netbeans puts it. ;-)

I am using eclipse and the BB plugin, version 4.5.

Thanks,

Re: Where is the Uncaught Exception stacktrace?

I don't have the debugger attached, the exception occurs on the simulator screen. I attached the debugger, re-ran the code, and still got the exception, but I cannot find the stack trace to see what is happening.

I am sure it is a cockpit error; I just am not that familiar with Eclipse.

I'm not sure my knowledge is up to solving your problem though I'll help till I m out of resources.

So when does this occur in the simulation process?

1 more thing are you in the eclipse's windows debug view?

Re: Where is the Uncaught Exception stacktrace?

Thanks for your suggestions...I found the stack trace in the Debug view. FWIW, in netbeans the stacktrace always appears. I am still learning Eclipse.

Thanks again!

Re: Where is the Uncaught Exception stacktrace?

If you are running the application on a simulator, you may also want to check the device logs by using ALT+lglg that would give the stack trace if the exception happened on the device side.
