I'm running Windows 7, and start fledge from C:\Program Files (x86)\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Smartphone Simulators 6.0.0\22.214.171.124 (9800)
Now did you know when you do a fledgecontroller /session=9800 /execute=LoadCod("myapp.cod") in the same directory, a copy of that cod is made in windows 7's virtual folder?
The problem with this is when you want to delete the app from the simulator and you run clean.bat, your own cod files are not removed and so with the next simulator startup the app will persist.
The reason is clean.bat does not explicitly delete YOUR files, and so they never get deleted from the virtual store:
, and so you keep on pulling your hair out.
The solution is to manually go wipe the files there.

This problem is related to adding 3rd party apps to your simulator.
