create custom pop-up screen

good morning programmers

want to do a screen pop as well as this, and not do it.

with a VerticalFieldManager, a LabelField and a ButtonField.

no. this is a very basic task you should be able to develop on your own.
if you want the easy way just use http://www.blackberry.com/developers/docs/7.1.0api/net/rim/device/api/ui/component/Dialog.html#alert... (which creates a button with "OK" instead of cancel)
